An Invitation from Kish & Miguel

In 2025, tech professionals like you face unique challenges. We know it because we work closely with many.

Prioritising tasks based on impact, dealing with uncertainty, staying focused when working, maintaining consistent energy levels through the day and disconnecting when the day is done are some.

Meditation often gets dismissed after trying a few sessions on an app- but answer this: would you go to the gym, do one exercise you donā€™t enjoy, and decide all exercise isnā€™t for you?

The truth is, thereā€™s a meditation technique for almost everyoneā€”itā€™s about finding the one that fits your unique mind and lifestyle.

Through a personalised plan, weā€™ll help you cultivate calm, focus, and energy providing you with the tools to thrive inside and outside of work.

Our aim is to leave you with a a lifelong skill you can practice independent of us.

Weā€™d love to work with you!

About Kish

Hey there, Iā€™m Kish Davda. Iā€™m passionate about helping people use meditation to tackle the challenges of modern life, especially in high-pressure fields like tech. With over 10 years of experience in communication, presenting, and facilitation at companies like Google, YouTube, and Spotify, combined with my own 10+ years of meditation practice, it was a natural next step for me to integrate the two.

I take a practical approach to meditationā€”helping you use it as a tool to reduce stress, improve performance, and enhance your overall life.

About Miguel

Hi, Iā€™m Professor Miguel Farias! My passion lies in understanding how meditation shapes our minds and lives. For over 20 years, Iā€™ve been dedicated to researching the psychological and biological aspects of meditation and spiritual practices.

As the Director of Psychological Studies at SCIO, Oxford University, and the founding director of the Brain, Belief, & Behaviour Lab at Coventry University, Iā€™ve conducted postdoctoral research at Cambridge and Oxford.

Iā€™ve authored numerous articles for publications like New Scientist and the BBC, co-edited the Oxford Handbook of Meditation, and co-authored The Buddha Pill, which has been translated into multiple languages. In recognition of my contributions to the field, I was honored with the William Bier Award by the American Psychological Association.

Through my work, I aim to bridge ancient wisdom with modern science, helping you unlock meditationā€™s transformative power.
